Seica has been declared a critical supplier to multiple US Government Defense Contractors providing critical products for all branches of the US Military, US Coast Guard, Mil/Aerospace providers and Department of Defense entities. Seica contracts fall under the Defense Priority Allocation System (“DPAS”). The purpose of DPAS is to assure the timely availability of industrial resources to meet current national defense and emergency preparedness program requirements and to provide an operating system to support rapid industrial response in a national emergency. The Defense Production Act of 1950 authorized the President to require preferential treatment of national defense programs.
As a result, Seica Inc., an OEM and manufacturing business, is taking all necessary steps to remain open and continue operations supporting the US Government and the US Military during this difficult time. Seica is following all medical protocols for proper cleaning, handwashing, social distancing and meetings for under 3 people.
