In light of this unprecedented COVID-19 crisis, we wanted to address any possible concerns related to the Seica Inc. continuation plan and share steps we are taking to limit any impact the coronavirus may have on our business. Seica Inc. and Seica SpA remains fully operational and accessible for all customer matters, although there may be delays. We are committed to staying on top of this evolving situation and are implementing the following operational measures:
- Instituting a work from home contingency plan for our employees in case of a State or Government mandated shut down. Although our offices remain open, most employees are able to work remotely in a technologically secure environment.
- Expanding use of video and telephone conferencing capabilities for meetings, trainings and support.
- Promoting social distancing and other safety precautions within our offices.
- Limiting/cancelling visitors and guests to our place(s) of employment.
A top priority of ours is to communicate timely and provide relevant information to our customers with regard to regulations and other announcements that may affect us in the coming weeks.
